Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are processed same-day.

Delivery Time

We ship all orders within 3-6 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we work tirelessly to get your fragrance to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC and India Post to ensure safe delivery across India.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. For remote locations, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package using our courier partner's website.

All fragrances are carefully packaged in shock-resistant materials with discrete outer packaging to ensure privacy and safe delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or delayed beyond 7 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at support@rabta.in with your order details.
