At Rabta Luxury Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your fragrance in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason whatsoever.
Replacement Policy
Damage on Arrival Only: If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement:
- You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product
- Include your order number and delivery address
- Submit proof of damage to our team via email or contact form
What Qualifies as Damage?
- Broken or leaking bottle
- Damaged packaging that affects the product
- Wrong product received (wrong scent or size)
What Does NOT Qualify for Replacement
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product does not meet personal expectations
- Skin reactions or allergies (please review notes/ingredients before purchase)
- Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery
Process for Replacement
Once we receive your damage report and proof, we will review and process your replacement within 5-7 business days. The replacement will be shipped to the original shipping address.
